Chuckle Club tour Wed 13-Fri 15 This month’s line-up for the Chuckle Club tour brings us three hugely talented international comic imports – Tiff Stevenson, Gareth Richards and Billy Wayne Davis. World beverage tour Thu 14 This unique event takes places at the poolside of the Royal Golf Club through the evening and features a barbecue and beverage stations from around the world including drinks from Belgium and Japan, France and Chile, Mexico and South Africa, plus more. Ma Petite Planète Chérie Thu 14 This series of animated short movies – ‘My Little Planet’ by Jacques Remy Girerd from 1998 (44 minutes) – is being shown at Alliance Franҫaise from 4.30pm. The films were conceived in collaboration with environmental specialists to raise kid’s awareness of eco challenges in a positive and funny way. Asado – Argentinian BBQ Thu 14 to June 12 Chef Rohit at Fusions in The Gulf Hotel has created a special menu with beef, lamb and sausages, as well as no-meat options like white salmon, Chilean sea bass and vegetarian dishes. Bahrain’s first open air, family-friendly music festival consisting solely of tribute acts from the UK is taking place from 10am to 10pm at the Bahrain Rugby Club. Twenty-plus acts from across the pond are set to perform, include tributes of Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, Oasis, The Beatles and more.
