Nirvana, at The Ritz-Carlton Bahrain, brings popular Indian street food classics to the table this weekend. Every day, executive chef Mahipal Singh shares a harmony of textures, flavours and aromas in the form of Indian street delicacies such as Paneer Pakora, PavBhaji and Kati Roll (to name a few!). The festival will also display a live chaat counter with specialties like DahiPuri, PaniPuri and BhelPuri, from 7pm to 11pm through the week.
