Oktoberfest commences Thu 1 Catch live German tunes by the Lasterbacher Musikanten Band at The Gulf Hotel Bahrain’s Gulf Convention Centre, while sampling a buffet of German specialties, to celebrate Munich’s Oktoberfest. Breast cancer awareness Thu 1-Sat 31 The annual, month-long awareness campaign for breast cancer officially kicks off in Bahrain with a Pink Party at The Ritz-Carlton’s Overlook where pink beverages and a buffet are on offer while you enjoy the DJ’s tunes. There’s also chance to takeaway homemade creations and help raise funds for Think Pink Bahrain. It’s BD25 for non-members, inclusive of drinks and food.
