I was really disappointed with the poor service from Toni and Guy at Seef Mall. My appointment was rushed and quite stressful, certainly not the relaxing pampering I had hoped for. I had highlights done and although I was asked whether I wanted them around the hairline, underneath my hair, the stylist did not comply. I was told the evening before my appointment I would receive a free nail polish as part of the service, this did not happen. After my highlights were done the stylist informed me she had another appointment and I therefore had a choice of whether I wanted my hair cut OR blown dry. (I had booked my appointment 8 days before!) On speaking to the manager, it became clear that it was my word against the girls working there, nobody wanted to listen to my experience. I walked out with wet hair, less money and feeling deflated. I certainly will not be returning to this venue again.
