This high-school comedy/film-noir received rave reviews at Sundance before the distributor went bankrupt and it was forced into a direct-to-DVD release in the US. It sounds like it has all the makings of a cult classic for the MTV audience (think the likes of Heathers) – loser student Bobby Funke (Reece Thompson) fingers the high-school president for a missing set of SAT tests, winning popularity and a senior hottie/femme fatale (Mischa Barton again), but soon suspects he is caught in a conspiracy. We didn’t get chance to see for ourselves if it’s any good, but this is a rare opportunity to see it on the big screen.
