Cataleya Restrepo (Saldana) has had a hard life. We see her as a young girl living in Colombia, where the local drug lord has her parents killed; she escapes to Chicago, where underworld uncle trains her as an assassin. The jittery aesthetic is grating, but the movie still manages to deliver the action-film goods.
