A largely nonsensical serving of action twaddle, wherein Steven Seagal is an ‘unconventional’ tough guy cop (i.e he beats all suspects/criminals to a bloody pulp, with multiple action replays). The ‘plot’ has him investigating two serial killers, both of whom have a penchant for butchering good-looking young women. Perfect fodder for those who feel like they have a surplus supply of brain cells and need a few killing off.
