Best spas in Bahrain

And last but by no means least Sparadise, yes we know we nicked the name for our headline.
Part of the Elite Resort & Spa in Muharraq, Sparadise is another of the island’s largest facilities with 17 treatment rooms offering a range of therapies from Guinot facials to massages, scrubs and a genuine oriental hammam, a fusion of Moroccan and Turkish bath, which is unique and new to Bahrain with specially qualified male and female Tellaks (master and guard of the baths) all the way from Morocco.
Separate men’s and women’s facilities run alongside the only Kerastase Institute in Bahrain and a make-up artist is also available.
In a first for Bahrain, and the Middle East, Sparadise has introduced Sweetan booth technology, a UV-free tanning treatment in which the skin is warmed using infrared lamps and sprayed with a natural tanning cosmetic before being machine dried.
The same system can also be used for anti-aging, skin strengthening and moisturising treatments. Sweetan tanning takes just a minute and costs BD30 to 40.
