Bang in the middle of Adliya, Lei Garden is inspired by Zen and the Bahraini culture of giving. The signature therapy is MARTA skin treatments which use an electronic pulse to apparently perform miracles in the fields of fat reduction and wrinkle rejuvenation. It’s also used for deep cleansing and lip filling and can even help stop spotty break-outs.

Treatments start from BD15 for lip filling so it’s affordable but what we really like about this place is that on arrival they take your shoes and you’re treated to a fish pedicure with your tootsies dipped in the pond.
The ‘doctor fish’ nibble away at the hard skin on your feet leaving them baby soft and you finish the treatment with a shot of wheatgrass.

Containing 97 vitamins and minterals it’s great for the skin (one shot’s supposed equal a kilo of vegetables) and it’s grown at Lei Garden and juiced on the premises every day.
