The Lorax
A very amusing and brightly coloured CGI masterpiece with lots of eco messages and humorous dialogue thrown in. The Lorax is the animated tale of the classic Dr Seuss story. The strange little Lorax is the guardian of a magical land full of special trees, which comes under threat from a woodcutter. At the same time, the story explores the dilemmas of young love and how girls can be very difficult to impress – especially when you’re a tweenage boy who isn’t the the coolest kid on the block. But of course, there’s a really happy ending to look forward to.
