Miranda Hart’s Maracattack This is definitely a DVD that incorporates humour and hard work, as popular UK comedienne Miranda Hart has combined brand new comedy sketches with a rather effective exercise routine. She says on her website it’s a tool to keep you having fun while getting fit. ‘Without giving too much away,’ she writes, ‘it involves maracas, classic pop tunes, and is as much fun as a riotous camp, cheesy disco.’
10 minute solutions This range of ever-popular fitness DVDs has new options coming out regularly with ones to choose from like ‘Pilates for Beginners’ or ‘Bikini Body’ and much more. Each routine in the season tends to have one 20 minute blast work-out, then three more focused 10-minute work-outs that individually target various areas (i.e. lower body, arms and abs). Your work out can be as hard as you want it to be.
