Coffee morning May’s monthly coffee morning’s theme is What is the Raw Food Diet? The guest speaker is Roybn Law, raw food chef and educator who’ll be defining what the raw food diet is, giving an overview of the nutritional benefits and suggesting simple steps on how to adapt your diet with a brief recipe demonstration. Hip hop workshop This is a rare opportunity to learn hip hop with one of the world’s professional dance teachers in the genre, Ben Nichols. Ben is a professional dancer originating from Melbourne, Australia who’s been performing on stage and TV since the age of six. Champions League Final As we went to press we were still waiting to find out between Chelsea or Barca Vs Bayern Munich or Real Madrid, but whoever’s playing we know there’ll be loads of fans out there making sure they don’t miss it and bars across the island will be showing match – we’ll getting out footie fix at JJ’s accompanied by the fab all-day breakfast.
