So popular was last month’s jazzy night in aid of Tony the Dogfather that they’re doing it again at Camelot for those who missed out last time. Anna Thompson-Hall of the Manama Singers will be taking to the stage to perform a selection of tunes from Ella Fitzgerald, Eartha Kitt and Edith Piaff with accompaniment from pianist Gavin Stewart. Keep Calm and Zumba On
The Dessange trainers move along the coast for a full 12 hours of zumba and fitness activities to raise cash for Bahrain Cancer Society’s children’s ward. Palm Association Christmas Fair and Arsenal Football Tournament The Palm Association hosts its annual Christmas beano at the rugby club with various stalls and entertainment raising cash for good causes. Food for good The New Dawn Ladies’ Society is staging a food festival at Reef Island with live cooking stations, cooking competitions and live music raising cash to buy electric wheelchairs for children and elderly people in need.
