Festival of Rugby
With two of the club’s biggest rugby events of the year plus an international match set to collide, Bahrain RFC is going all out in organising a full ‘Festival of Rugby Weekend.
The Midnight Vets Tens makes its return on the evening of February 6, with teams from all over the Gulf competing – as is tradition – into the wee small hours of February 7 before resuming later that day for the finals and presentations. A charity dinner will bring the tournament to a close on the Friday night.
The HSBC Youth Rugby Series visits Bahrain on February 7 and 8 featuring the best young teams from all over the Middle East, from under sixes right up to the under 18s.
And on Friday afternoon the first team take on the Dubai Hurricanes in what promises to be a corker of a match.
