Three restaurants backed by Michelin-starred chef to open
The full brunt of Wolfgang Puck’s culinary prowess descends on Bahrain
Before the end of the year, we’ll be able to dine at three new restaurant concepts by iconic Michelin-starred Chef Wolfgang Puck at The Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay, according to a recent announcement. Overall, the hotel will offer six restaurants, bars and lounges and, to that, Puck will contribute two signature restaurants and a new bar and lounge.
Firstly, sought-after concept CUT by Wolfgang Puck presents a contemporary interpretation on the classic American steakhouse and will be catering to all tastes with dishes including everything from prime dry- and wet-aged beef to shellfish and sautéed whole fresh fish.
Re Asian Cuisine | Wolfgang Puck is to be located on the 50th floor of the hotel and offer stunning views of Bahrain Bay and the Manama skyline. It will feature Puck’s signature, modern approach to traditional Chinese cuisine while also incorporating Japanese, Thai and Vietnamese influences.
Finally, the opulent Blue Moon Lounge / Wolfgang Puck is to be a Moroccan-inspired lounge with an ‘inventive’ bar menu perched 50 floors above the bay.
Greg Pirkle, general manager of Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay, says, ‘It’s a real coup for the Bahraini dining scene for someone of Wolfgang Puck’s caliber and repute to enter the city with such a strong presence.
‘That he is seriously eyeing the Middle East diner says something about the growing maturity and sophistication of the dining landscape in Bahrain and we are sure his presence will pave the way for many more international dining concepts to enter Manama.’
Puck has just this year opened CUT by Wolfgang Puck in Dubai and also has his eyes the Abu Dhabi and Doha markets.
