My family and I have been in your restaurant in Bahrain several times and we were so amazed with the service and the food. At that time, we were told that a new branch will be opened at Al Rashid Mall in Khobar, Saudi Arabia and we were so exited to have one close to our home. If your Bahrain branch is responsible for Al Khobar branch, then I need to drop such comments. The staff there must be trained how to respect their customers regardless if they are busy or norm time. I went with my family this morning to have a breakfast and we were waiting for 45 minutes or more to have someome come to take our order. Actually my wife raised her hand asking the waiter to come and he came, I told him in a politely way that if they are busy, at least they should bring the drink, which was coffee in our case so and then they can bring the food whenever our turn comes. His face showed that our suggestion was not accepted so he took our order and left. We waietd again and no coffee was brought so we asked another waiter and finally he brought our 2 cups of coffee. Their supervisor was there but to me, he was like a head and no action from his side at all. Ther service was too bad not only to us but to several European people who were there. I think someone from your side must intervene to enhance the service there right away, otherwise, the image of your Jonny Rockets will seriously affected. With the service we had this morning, my wife and I are relectant to go back to Al Rashid branch. Thanks for listening to my concerns.
