Walking into scaled-back Thai spot Honey’s, it’s everything you could want from a hole-in-the-wall eatery; bustling, loud and packed

Excellent food served at Honey Thai Restaurant, and after having been to many other Thai Restaurants in Bahrain, I would say that the ambiance of this place reminded me of the similar tiny restaurants in Bangkok that serves great food at a reasonable prices. The Tom Yum soup is a must try here.

The five of us went to the Honey Thai Restaurant located in the Manama district of Bahrain close to Gold City.
We expected a grotty Restaurant serving delicious authentic Thai food in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere and our expectations were met on all counts
From the outside you would be tempted to give it a wide berth, but looks can be deceptive; and in the case of this little pearl, judging a book by its cover would be to miss out on one of life's little memorable experiences.
The menu is large and varied so we asked for a Banquet meal consisting of five Starter and Main courses, we left the waiter to choose the meals. We also had two rounds of drinks (note- Alchohol is not served) and the bill came to just short of 8BD each which as we say in UK is "cheap as chips"
If you fancy being a tad adventurous and don't require oppulent surroundings I suggest you give it a go - who knows, you may even feel the need to review!
