Michelin master class Michelin-starred Chef Frederic Simonin is visiting Sofitel to give guests the chance to experience his culinary treats. From the 12th to 15th, from 10.30am to 1.30pm, he’ll be hosting a masterclass for BD24 per person. At the same time, from 7pm to 10.30pm, diners can experience his dishes in a set menu for BD38 net. 15 Magical Moments The second Tuesday of each month features a special set dinner at Japanese spot Maki from 8.30pm.
