Re/Asian Cuisine by Wolfgang Puck at Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay hosts Year of the Rooster celebration
Wolfgang Puck's Chinese restaurant in Bahrain is gearing up for a celebration to remember as it plans for a Year of the Rooster celebration on January 27.
The already impressive venue will be enhanced by a live market atmosphere at Re/Asian Cuisine and the neighbouring Blue Moon Lounge. Executive chef Brian Becher and his team have created a special menu for the New Year celebration.
A set menu with chicken and wagyu beef soup dumplings, whole roasted duck, lamb with tangerine puree and shrimp XO dumplings. Live cooking stations will serve special dumplings, crisp lamb belly and dishes to represent the five blessings of New Year - longevity, riches, peace, wisdom and virtue. That all sounds good to us, but we'll be happy just to indulge in the green tea ice cream and sweet fruit dumplings with pear, tangerine and toasted sesame.
The Re/Asian Cuisine Night Market will run for one night only on Friday, January 27 from 6pm to Midnight. The price for the evening is BD32 including selected beverages.
If you can't make the night market there will be tasting menus from January 27 to February 8. The five or seven course dinners and dim sum plate with chiu chow, dan dan and XO shrimp dumplings, wagyu beef pot stickers, Hong Kong style black bass served with shitake mushrooms.
