Using a long-standing recipe that’s been tried and tested in just about every viable market on earth, the hamburgers here are surprisingly good. The hickory barbecue cheeseburger, trickling with calorific goodness, is deliciously sweet, with a plump, fresh- tasting beef patty and gorgeously gooey cheese. The char-grilled New York strip is a little more straightforward, well prepared, and served with mashed potatoes and vegetables. Essentially, the all-American Hard Rock Café offers fun for families and is good value for money. However, the culturally snobbish and those that respect their eardrums should stay away.
