One of the best parts about visiting or living in Bahrain is undoubtedly the weather.

During the winter months, all you want to do is spend the whole day outside, and there’s no better outdoor activity than heading to a water park.

Wahooo!
Wahooo! water park is conveniently located in Bahrain City Centre mall. This 1,400 sq m attraction has more than ten slides, a large wave pool, and is split between indoors (where the temperature is kept to 30C) and outdoors.

The best part? After you finish up, you can head straight into the mall for a shopping spree.
Wahooo!: BHD4.5 (guests below 1.2m in height), BHD6.5 (guests above 1.2m), free (guests under three). Mon-Tue, Sat noon-8pm; Wed 11am-4pm; Thu-Fri 11am-9pm. City Centre Bahrain (1717 3000). NOTE: Opening hours will change depending on the season.

Lost Paradise of Dilmun
The Lost Paradise of Dilmun Water Park, on the other hand, is located out in Zallaq near the Formula 1 track Sakhir.
The huge 77,000 sq m water park is based on the history of the Dilmun civilisation and there are more than 18 slides for you to play on.

Four Seasons Bahrain Bay
Earlier this week, the Four Seasons Bahrain Bay announced it would be opening a water park that is set to capture the look and feel of a traditional Bahraini dhow.

It will have more than 30 interactive play features, including a 1,200 litre tipping bucket. It will be open to hotel guests and spa members at no extra cost.
