Anyone with a birthday close to Christmas will know why it sucks.
Everyone’s so focused on the festive season that you’ll be lucky if you get separate presents for both occasions, let alone a party just for you.
But CODA Jazz Lounge is determined not to let the bar’s anniversary go uncelebrated, and is throwing a birthday bash this week.
On December 5, there’ll be a very special party at the bar from 10pm. You can expect all the usual fantastic live music plus drinks deals all night long.
To show appreciation to the most local customers over the past three years, CODA Jazz Lounge will also be throwing a VIP party with free drinks from 8pm until 10pm.
Last month, the Dilmun Club celebrates its 45th anniversary with a choir concert and three-course buffet.
And this weekend McGettigan’s celebrated turning one by giving customers buy one, get one free on drinks on Thursday night, plus an extra hour of brunch and drunch on Friday.
