A family-friendly rock festival is coming to Bahrain

For those of us in Bahrain who like our music turned up to 11, this weekend (March 13) is going to be a good one.

Bahrain Rocks is coming back to Dilmun Club, with ten bands taking to the stage during the all-day event.

Tickets are BHD7.5 for adults and can be bought at the club's reception now.

It's family-friendly too meaning you can bring your little ones along (just remember those ear defenders).

The festival will kick off at noon and run until 10pm, with bands including Cactus, The Oracle Project and The Legendz taking to the stage thorughout the day.

The event aims to showcase the brilliant bands and solo acts playing in Bahrain.

There will be outdoor bars and food trucks on hand, too.

For those about to rock, we salute you.
BHD7.5 (adults), BHD3.5 (non-members kids six-12), free (members ages six-12 and all under sixes). Dilmun Club, Saar (1679 0926).
