Opening way back in 2001, Bennigan’s has long been a favourite among American navy personnel for both its food and its beverages. You’ll find all the staple dishes from the American diet here, like buffalo wings, cheeseburgers and ribs, plus plenty of hops options. The American diner-style interior will almost make you feel like you’re back home, too.

CODA Jazz Lounge
There’s plenty of live music spots in Bahrain, and this is one of our favourites. As the name would suggest, jazz fans will love this bar - but even if this isn’t your favourite genre, one of the live musicians is bound to convert you.

Crossroads is another great spot if you’re on the hunt for live music. It has everything you would want in a pub, with good food and even better drinks. A really solid choice on any night out in Juffair.

Named after the folk hero, this bar is about as all-American as you can get in Bahrain. Beloved by locals and expats alike, if you head to this bar you’re basically guaranteed a fun time. The food isn’t to be missed either.

A popular haunt with US navy staff, this spot is well known for its karaoke nights where you can jam on stage with the band. It’s also a great place to watch sports, as there are plenty of screens.

Grand Yard House
No matter what sport you enjoy, there’s a good chance Grand Yard House will be playing it. The bar has a huge draught hops selection, and the wings are fantastic.

Named after the iconic football stadium, you can probably already guess what this pub is like. It’s traditionally British through and through, from the food to the sports on the screens.
