Indigo Restaurant, which is on top of boutique hotel Merchant House next to Manama Souq, will be serving up classic brunch dishes such as poached eggs with salsa verde and grilled halloumi and salmon avocado rolls.
Other dishes at the restaurant, which also recently launched a sushi night, include seabass sashimi and lamb shank sliders.
For dessert, you’ll be treated to options such as mini Yuzu cheesecake and rhubarb strawberry compote with chunky brownie pieces.
The brunch, which runs from noon until 3.30pm every Friday, costs BHD38 with house beverages, or BHD28 with soft drinks.
Merchant House has also launched an afternoon tea which includes sliced mini sandwiches and freshly baked scones with homemade strawberry preserve plus clotted cream.
Afternoon tea is available between 2pm and 5.30pm on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
