Abdulrahim Sharif exhibition to open at Bahrain’s Art Centre next month

A new solo exhibition featuring the work of Abdulrahim Sharif is set to open at the Art Centre next month.

What Night Does, which reexamines the relationship between the subject and the painting as well as the title, will run from February 16 until February 28.

Sharif is one of the pioneering professional Bahraini artists, having studies at the National School of Fine Arts in Paris and Parsons School of Art and Design.

He is one of the founders of the Bahrain Arts Society and is a lecturer at the University of Bahrain.

Can’t wait that long to check out some art? Don’t forget, the Bahrain Fine Arts Exhibition will run at the Bahrain National Museum and Bahrain National Theatre until February 15.
