With the Mara’ee 2024 taking place from November 27 to December 1, you have a whole five days to get out and about in the city.
Mara’ee 2024 is a fantastic celebration of local agriculture and animal production in the Kingdom and it’s got tons of fabulous activities and shows in store.

Happening at the Bahrain International Endurance Village, the Mara’ee 2024 is a perfect way to support our local farmers, learn about their advanced agricultural practices, explore fabulous interactive exhibits, plus take part in engaging workshops alongside all the fun activities and entertainment.
What to expect at Mara’ee 2024 and how to make the most of it:
Cordoba Horse Show
All the way from Spain, the first-ever Cordoba Horse Show is one you won’t want to miss at the Mara’ee 2024. Here you’ll watch these majestic creatures strut and prance about, similar to the prestigious events that are held in Cordoba, Spain.
Cowboy Show
Yeehaw. Who would’ve thought that the Mara’ee 2024 would bring us a rootin’-tootin’ rodeo action? If you’re into all things cowboy, his fabulous hoedown from the wild west is definitely not one to miss.
Horse and Bahraini Heritage Show
One to be truly proud of, especially ahead of the Bahrain National Day – this horse show will feature Bahrain’s rich heritage and traditions through dance. Get your cameras ready for this one at the Mara’ee 2024.
Al Areen Wildlife Park
Frequent visitor of the Al Areen Wildlife Park? Always wanted to visit but never found the chance? You’re in absolute luck. The brilliant animals will be around at Mara’ee, so you sort of get two (or ten) awesome experiences all in one place.
Saeed Inflatables Park
Taking the little ones to Mara’ee 2024? They’ll have an absolutely cracking time at the Saeed children’s play area featuring bouncy castles and houses, and more.
Saeed’s Chance
Theatre director Fahad Zainal’s Mask Crew will be presenting a lovely piece at Mara’ee 2024 called Saeed’s Chance. Here you’ll witness the brilliant young aspiring artists put on their best act, showcasing the artistic talent of the Bahraini youth.
Madagascar: Stars of the Jungle
The Madagascar cast comes to life at this year’s Mara’ee bringing a fabulous performance by Alex the lion plus a chance to meet and take selfies with him. There’s going to be jungle activities to take part in so if you’re an adventure enthusiasts, this one’s for you.
Farmer’s Market
That’s right, the famed Farmer’s Market will also be present at this year’s Mara’ee. Here you’ll get to browse (and buy) all the fresh produce your heart desires. You knew you weren’t leaving this place empty handed, anyway – right?
Agriculture Affairs Exhibition
You can’t have Mara’ee 2024 without highlighting the excellent innovative projects by the Ministry of Agriculture & Marine Resources. Head here to explore the variety of developments in agriculture. Plus, there will be a fun activity section for the little ones, too.
Dates Market
Are you really in Bahrain if you haven’t had any dates? The Mara’ee 2024 will also feature all kinds of dates at the Dates Market that you can take home to enjoy.
Art Gallery
Have an appreciation for the arts? This year’s Mara’ee has a fantastic art gallery showcasing the brilliant works of local artists that you can explore. Head here to check out the unique creations of artists on the island.
Food Court
After all that exploring, you’ll definitely need some grub. Worry not – there’s going to be a large food court featuring tons of food trucks and vendors for you to choose from at Mara’ee. Grab a seat, fuel up, and head back to the main event to make the most of this five-day adventure.
