Japanese foodies of Bahrain, get excited – a brand-new sushi restaurant has just opened at Sofitel Bahrain Zallaq Thalassa Sea & Spa.
Maison Sushi, which serves up modern interpretations of classic East Asian dishes, has floor-to-ceiling windows to ensure you get the best views over the Arabian Gulf from Zallaq.
Signature dishes include torched-and-seared Otoro sushi, made with blue-fin tuna, and the top-notch sushi platter.
Want to get close to the action? Then make sure you get front row seats at the sushi conveyor belt.
Chef Myo Zaw Khine, who has more than 20 years of culinary experience, will be heading up the restaurant.
