Speak to any traveller who’s been to Bali and they’ll soon be raving about the stunning beaches, beautiful temples and breathtaking greenery.
And now you can get a taste of the Indonesian island’s food at The Ritz-Carlton Bahrain’s new pop-up restaurant.
Bali-born chef I Made Suriana will be cooking up a storm at Nikmati, which means enjoy, from tomorrow March 12.
You’ll be able to try signature dishes such as Sate Ayam, or chicken breast skewer marinated with coconut sugar, chilli and kaffir lime leaf, and Ayam Taliwang, a typical Lombok grilled chicken dish enriched with homemade Sambal sauce.
Plus, the chef’s special Aroma Pantai Jimbaran, is perfect for sharing, with Jimbaran-style grilled lobster, crab, scallop, shrimp and mussel.
The restaurant is next to the marina, offering incredible views of the Arabian Gulf. It incorporates elements of Balinese and Indonesian culture into the design, with Penjor Bali structures, Balinese masks and Canang Sari centerpieces.
Make sure you book your table soon, as the restaurant is only open until April 24.
