Aladdin dance production coming to Bahrain

No matter who you ask, Aladdin is undeniably one of the best Disney films going.

And now you and the little ones can see a dance adaptation of the classic movie at Bahrain’s Cultural Hall this month.

On January 24, more than 150 students will be on stage telling the story of Aladdin and Princess Jasmine.

The performance will include choreographed dances from ballet, tap, modern, hip-hop and contemporary styles.

Guests will also get to see the Genie, the Sultan’s evil advisor Jafar and Aladdin’s monkey sidekick Abu.

The performance will last from 6pm until 7.30pm, and tickets will cost BHD7. VIP tickets will set you back BHD10.

The Bahrain Ballet Centre will be staging the production as their annual dance show.
