How kids can make their own virtual reality goggles

Kids missing the thrill of going to a theme park? While we can't recreate the full adrenaline rush mini thrill-seekers get from riding the Formula Rossa, Flying Aces or Turbo Track, we may have something that comes a close second.

Ferrari World Abu Dhabi has come up with a genius way for little ones to make their very own virtual reality goggles.

All they will need is some soft card, a plastic water bottle, glue and some water.

The step-by-step video gives little adrenaline junkies clear instructions on how to create their own VR headset that they can then wear to watch numerous YouTube videos that will take them onto the rides, from the comfort of their sofas.

Little ones can check out the video here.

So once they've made their super cool VR goggles, they can jump on the rides (virtually, of course).

For Ferrari World Abu Dhabi's virtual roller coaster experiences, try these:

Flying Aces.

Formula Rossa.

Turbo Track.
