Wrecking Crew Orchestra in Bahrain

Japanese dancers bring stunning light show to Bahrain Summer Festival

The Knowledge

Bahrain Summer Festival’s seventh annual show has already seen dance in the form of whimsical mime, ballet, street and traditional performances as well as on stage appearances by Barney the Dinosaur and Sesame Street.

But nothing that could prepare us for the arrival of Osaka-based dance troupe the Wrecking Crew Orchestra at Bahrain National Museum.

We could explain what they do, but much better suggest you check out the video on this page.

The WCO bring their latest show ‘Beat Bumper’ to our stage and Time Out reckons this is going to be one of the must-see events of the summer.
August 28-29, 7pm. Minimum age: five years. Cultural Hall, Bahrain National Museum, Al Fateh Corniche. www.wreckingcreworchestra.com.
