City Centre Bahrain offers free buses to and from Saudi

Residential compounds in Saudi Arabia’s Eastern Provinces will soon find it even easier to enjoy a shopping and leisure break in Bahrain after one of the island nation’s biggest retail outlets announced a complimentary shuttle bus service.

City Centre Bahrain will offer the free round trip service twice a week making it easier than ever for Saudi Aramco compound dwellers to cross the causeway for Bahrain fun.

The 28 seater shuttle bus service starts at 9am on a Friday and Saturday before returning at 6pm. The bus stops at Saudi Aramco compounds in Al Dhahran, Abqaiq and Ras-Tanura.

“This service is a true sentiment of City Centre Bahrain’s objective to provide an ideal place for customers, visitors and families,” says Duaij Khalifa Al Rumaihi, Senior Mall Manager for City Centre Bahrain. “By providing these complimentary bus shuttles between Bahrain and Saudi Arabia’s eastern province cities, we hope to encourage more shoppers to visit, and possibly develop this service in the future to further destinations in KSA.”
