If you’re feeling creative and fancy winning BHD1,000, we’ve got the competition for you.
The General Directorate of Traffic has just launched a contest to find content it can use for its safety awareness campaign to limit the use of mobile phones by drivers in Bahrain.
All you have to do is create a one-minute long awareness video, a graphic design or a logo.
You need to submit your entry to either the Traffic Culture Directorate or email firstname.lastname@example.org before February 25. Entries must be new and have no violent content, and the logo should contain no more than four Arabic words.
There will be 20 winners in total. The first prize in the video category is BHD1,000, while the creator of the clip in second place will get BHD600.
The top prize for the graphic design section is BHD400, and the runner-up will bag BHD200. The best logo creator will receive BHD150.
In a bid to promote arts in the Kingdom, there will also be 15 prizes of BHD50 each for children aged three to five, six to 11, and 12 to 18 who create paintings under the theme, too.
