There will be hand sanitisers throughout the mall

Bahrain’s Dragon City reopens

Bahrain’s Dragon City shopping mall has reopened.

The shopping mall, located in Diyar Al Muharraq, has undertaken a number of new cleaning and disinfection measures.
These include the regular disinfection of all mall facilities, including the food court at the mall, chairs, tables, restrooms, door handles and shopping carts.

Hand sanitisers have also been installed inside the mall.

Patrick Zheng Shou, General Manager of Chinamex, said, “At Dragon City, we are keen on supporting all Government procedures and the National Task Force to Combat Covid-19.

“Conducting these measures at the mall reflects our great concern about the safety of the Bahraini society and comes in line with the national efforts to safeguard it.

“Through these measures, we aim to keep the spirits high and work harder for the nation to overcome this global challenge, and to reaffirm our profound supportive stance to the citizens, residents and leadership of the Kingdom of Bahrain.”

Shops in Bahrain were allowed to reopen from May 7, provided they follow strict regulations to ensure social distancing and regular disinfection.
