Comfest Bahrain: Tickets, celebrities, gigs and more

Hold onto your comic books, friends. The early months of 2025 are really coming in hot with tons of fabulous events, and one we’re pretty stoked about is Comfest Bahrain.

We could all do with a weekend full of iconic gaming, tv, and film fandom – and that’s exactly what you could expect.

The exciting celebrity lineup include very familiar names from hit TV series like Stranger Things and popular games like Uncharted, Deadpool, Assassin’s Creed, Batman: Arkham, and Call of Duty.

We can already tell we’re in for an epic experience that’s more thrilling than a ride on Byer’s bike through the Upside Down.

Whether you plan to snag an autograph, snap a selfie, or get inside scoops on your favourite shows and games – this is your chance.

Comfest Bahrain will be the Kingdom’s biggest pop-culture event, featuring several international gaming developers who will showcase upcoming content exclusively at the event.

There will also be a lineup of famous celebrities who will engage in Q&A sessions, autograph, and photograph sessions. Got a burning question about what comes next for your favourite games and shows? Now is the time to find out.

Of course, these fab events would not be complete without bazaars featuring pop-culture merch from popular vendors bringing a variety of collectibles, gifts, and more.

There will also be an artist alley to provide a stage for local and regional artists to showcase their art.

You can expect several entertainment attractions for all ages, including live concerts, fab shows, interactive games, workshops, and more.

Comfest Bahrain will also host the Kingdom’s biggest e-sport tournaments from PC to console gaming with a total prize pool of $5,000.

If you find yourself hungry, don’t worry. There will be a family-friendly food festival with recognised and local vendors serving up delicious bites, yummy treats, and even local flavours.

Cosplay

If you’re a cosplayer, this is your time to shine. Comfest is hosting the ultimate cosplay competition during the event with a prize pool of $2,500 up for grabs.

You can sign up by emailing them your name, Instagram handle, character, contact number, and skit video link for a chance to win.

Need a quick costume fix before your big appearance? There will also be a Cosplay Hospital at Comfest Bahrain to help you with any last-minute touch-ups, repairs, and adjustments that you need.

Celebrity guests at Comfest Bahrain 2025

Jamie Campbell Bower (AKA Vecna from Stranger Things)

Most popularly known for his role as Vecna or Henry Creel from Stranger Things, actor, singer, and model Jamie Campbell Bower, has also made appearances in Harry Potter, The Twilight Saga, Fantastic Beasts, and The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones.

Also famed for his villainous voice, it’s no surprise that Jamie is a brilliant singer. He recently released his new single with his new metal band, BloodMagic, titled Death / Rebirth – which seems quite fitting. Think: Vecna as a metal band.

Nolan North

The man, the myth, the legend. A dream come true for all you gamers – Comfest Bahrain confirmed Nolan North’s presence at the pop culture convention.

Nolan is the voice behind iconic game characters like Nathan Drake from Uncharted, Desmond Miles from Assassin’s Creed, Penguin from Batman: Arkham, Ghost from Destiny, Modi/Hades from God of War, David from Last of us, Dr. Edward Richtofen from Call of Duty, and many more.

Taz Skylar

British-Spanish actor and screenwriter, Tarek Yassin “Taz” Skylar, known for his role as Sanji in Netflix’s One Piece live-action series, is one of the many special guests at Comfest Bahrain.

You’ll get the chance to meet the rising star and hear about his exciting career on both days of the event. If you’re a One Piece fan, you’ll love this.

Hannah Cheramy

Hold on to your talismans, friends. Hannah Cheramy will also be at Comfest Bahrain for all you From and Van Helsing fans to meet. You can get an autograph for BD10 and a photograph for BD15 on both days of the event. Will you go say hi?

Live entertainment at Comfest Bahrain

Yad Oud

If you thought this event couldn’t get any cooler, it just did. That helmet guy playing the oud on TikTok? Yup, he’ll be playing live at Comfest on January 31. This is your chance to experience his unique sound and vibe.

Reem Alhinai

If you grew up in the Middle East, Spacetoon binges likely would have been a huge part of your daily routine. On February 1, Reem Alhinai will hit the stage at Comfest, bringing iconic theme songs back to life. Which one do you most want to hear?

The Moonstones

Bringing a taste of indie music with a cosmic twist to the stage, The Moonstones will also be performing at the anticipated pop-culture festival. You can catch them on both days of Comfest Bahrain.

Zamzam

Indie-Folk band hailing from KSA, Zamzam will also be hitting the stage for a live performance on both days of Comfest Bahrain. If you’re from here, you might have caught this brilliant duo playing at Wagalag, and the F1 Village in Adliya.

Cue Projact

Cosplay DJ Cue Projact will also bring the vibes and beats to both days of Comfest Bahrain. Grab your friends, your costumes, and get ready to dance the night away.

Kingdom Pro Wrestling

Kingdom Pro Wrestling (KPW) will be bringing the heat and energy to Comfest Bahrain with an adrenaline-packed match on February 1. Catch the intense action and expect some jaw-dropping moves in a rather entertaining showdown.

eSports tournaments
