Food boxes are set to be handed out to 400 Bahraini families during Ramadan.
The donations are part of an annual charitable campaign organisaed by SKAL International Bahrain 370 for the past 30 years.
The campaign supports community members and families in need during the month.
SKAL International Bahrain 370 is an organisation of executives in the hospitality, travel and airline industries.
A number of organisations are taking part in charitable endeavours this Ramadan, such as governorates across Bahrain and the police force.
The governorates, in coordination with the Feena Khair (There is good in us) campaign, have handed out 16,000 Ramadan meals so far this month.
There are plans to distribute a further 23,000 meals over the duration of Ramadan.
Plus, Moshy’s in Riffa is giving away free meals to the unemployed, and Big Texas Barbecue and Waffle House is delivering soup to Bahrain’s needy.
