Award-winning pastry chef hosting masterclass in Bahrain

If you have a bit of a sweet tooth but you find yourself getting cross while making croissants, we’ve got the perfect event for you.

Award-winning chef Nicolas Lambert is coming to the Four Seasons Bahrain Bay this month for a special masterclass.

You’ll be able to learn all his secrets in the hour-and-a-half long session that kicks off at 3pm on Wednesday November 20.

Budding pastry chefs will also get a number of recipes to take home and the opportunity to taste all his creations from the event which will set you back BHD25.

Lambert began learning the art of baking from his parents in Epinal, France, from the age of two and has earned a number of accolades for his works.

He previously was named Asia Tatler’s Hong Kong pastry chef of the year, and was once the youngest participant of the Festival National des Croquembouches competition, where he came first for his chocolate display.

If you’re more of an eater than a baker, you can also enjoy Lambert’s creations between Wednesday November 20 and Saturday November 30 with the Bay View Lounge’s afternoon tea experience.

Afternoon tea for two guests, which includes tea, pastries, sandwiches and scones, will cost BHD26.5, and you can get a glass of mixed drink each for BHD35.
