To celebrate Chinese New Year, Chef Chih-Yuan Lin will be giving you all his best tips and tricks for making traditional Chinese and Taiwanese dishes.
The talented cook, who is the currently executive chef of Sanhoyan at just 29, will be teaching between eight and ten people at the event which kicks off at 10.30am on January 25.
