Fine-dining Bahrain restaurants that now offer delivery or takeaway

If you’ve been working from home as long as we have, you’ve probably exhausted all your go-to takeaway spots.

Whether you’re a fan of pizza, Indian, or prefer something healthy, there’s no limit to what you can order in Bahrain.

But if you’re a little bored of your usual, or if you have a special occasion coming up and want to push the boat out, there are now some great new options you might not know about.

Top hotels including the Four Seasons Bahrain Bay, Al Areen Palace & Spa and the Gulf Hotel are now all offering takeaway and delivery.

Here, we’ve rounded up all the fine-dining restaurants in Bahrain that now offer delivery or takeaway.

CUT by Wolfgang Puck and Re/Asian Cuisine

The Four Seasons Bahrain Bay is offering up a special takeaway and delivery menu that combines dishes from CUT by Wolfgang Puck and Re/Asian Cuisine. You’ll be able to order everything from steak and pizza to dumplings and spring rolls, and, for the first time ever, you’ll even be able to get the famous wagyu cheesesteak sandwich delivered. Delicious.
Contact the hotel directly. Daily noon-10pm. Four Seasons Bahrain Bay (1711 5044).

Keizo

Al Areen Palace & Spa’s pan-Asian restaurant Keizo has long been the go-to spot for incredible food from the Far East. Now you can order dishes directly to your door, with options including sushi, green curry and pad Thai. You’re bound to impress when you turn up with perfect maki rolls, just don’t try and pass them off as your own.
Contact the hotel directly. Daily noon-midnight. Al Areen Palace & Spa, Sakhir (3605 7494).

La Pergola

This spot in the Gulf Hotel serves up truly authentic Italian food, and you can now order a select few dishes for takeaway. These include pizza, pasta and risotto - all perfect for a special night in. You can find the menu here.
Contact the hotel directly. Daily 11am-11pm. The Gulf Hotel Bahrain Convention & Spa, Adliya (3644 5585).

La Plage

The Ritz-Carlton has some of the finest fine-dining restaurants in Bahrain, and you can now get takeaway dishes from Primavera, Plums, Nirvana and Cantina Kahlo. The blended menu also features food from pop-up Balinese restaurant Nikmati which opened earlier this month, meaning you can treat yourself to something brand new.
Collection only. Daily noon-midnight. The Ritz-Carlton Bahrain, Seef (1758 6499).

Maki

Is there another restaurant more synonymous with fine dining in Bahrain than Maki? We don’t think so. Get your fix of incredible sushi and other Japanese dishes by ordering from here on Talabat.
On Talabat. Sat-Tue noon-11pm; Wed-Fri noon-midnight. Bahrain World Trade Centre, Manama (1752 2733).

Meisei

This restaurant in Block 338 has long been a favourite among residents, and it’s not hard to see why. With Asian fusion dishes like tuna tacos and tiger’s milk ceviche, there’s plenty of great options that will make a special occasion even better. Plus, if you order directly from the restaurant, you’ll get 40 percent off everything. Not a bad deal, we reckon.
On Talabat and Carriage. Sat-Wed noon-midnight; Thu-Fri noon-1.45am. Adliya (1700 2020).

Monsoon

Monsoon is another great eatery offering up Asian cuisines including Thai, Vietnamese and Japanese. There are loads of great curry dishes, including panang and gaeng phed, and you can also get sushi or soup if you’re after something lighter.
On Talabat. Daily noon-11pm. Adliya (1774 9222).

Oliveto

There are times when all you want is a greasy takeaway pizza that would be offensive to any Italian who laid eyes upon it, and there are other times when you want a dish so authentic you almost feel like you’ve been transported to Rome. If you’re after the latter, Oliveto is a fantastic option, with dishes such as burrata starters, ravioli, pizza and risotto for mains, and of course, tiramisu for dessert.
Contact the restaurant directly. Sat-Wed 5pm-midnight; Thu-Fri 5pm-2am. Adliya (1771 6747).

Saffron

Al Areen Palace & Spa’s Indian and Khaleeji restaurant is just as impressive as the hotel itself, and its other dining outlets. You’ll be able to order modern twists on traditional food straight to your door for the very first time.
Contact the hotel directly. Daily noon-3pm, 7pm-10.45pm. Al Areen Palace & Spa, Sakhir (3605 7494).

Sato

There are plenty of Japanese restaurants across Bahrain, but Sato at the Gulf Hotel remains one of the best loved. Order from here for sashimi, ramen, and plenty of sushi. You can find the full menu here.
Contact the hotel directly. Daily 11am-11pm. The Gulf Hotel Bahrain Convention & Spa, Adliya (3644 5585).
