This mens-only two-day cooking class is presented by executive chef Paul Gindra to walk the gents through a three-course Valentine’s dinner. Day one is all about the starter and main course, while day two takes you through the dessert and garnishes. Lessons take place from 6pm to 7.30pm on each and the two-day course costs BD30.

Chinese & Korean New Year
Invitees and diners will release bio-degradable paper lanterns from Meisei’s rooftop during the evening in celebration of Chinese and Korean New Years. Lantern releases are in four waves: 8.30pm, 9pm, 9.30pm and 10pm.

Bahrain food festival and farmers’ market
The hotel is introducing the best of Bahrain’s culinary scene starting on the croquet lawn with the farmers’ market, which will offer guests a traditional Bahraini breakfast and saffron juice. In the afternoon, a barbecue and live cooking stations are being set up at Overlook for guests to discover the ocean’s bounty. It starts from 8am, followed by the food festival from noon to 4.30pm.
