Any arts and crafts enthusiast will be well-versed with the stock at Bahrain institution Things-To-Do. For the past 40 years, this home-grown store has supplied the country with quality materials often not available anywhere else on the island, and now they’ve opened up a new branch on Mashtan Avenue in Riffa.
For painters, hobbyists, students, teachers, designers and artists, this has been the place to go to pick up anything from wool to acrylic paints and easels, plus everything else in between. The Budaiya Highway branch also has a wide range of equestrian products, including tacks, clothing and saddles, available for horse lovers. A clothes fitting service is also offered to riders.
The new branch offers arty folk all the same top-quality products, plus more, at the fresh-look location. Stocked brands include Daler-Rowney, Pébéo, Golden Artist Colors, Copic and plenty more besides.
Each store offers a lovely shopping experience, made better by the knowledgeable and helpful staff, but if you don’t have time to pop to the shops, then Things-To-Do also has a brilliant online shopping and delivery service, complete with a bonus card system.
Whether you’re a painter or sculptor, if you love to sketch or noodle around with needlework, Things-To-Do has always been the island’s creatives’ go-to art supply haven. And it’s only getting better.
