Stargazing yoga class coming to Four Seasons Bahrain Bay next week

There are few things more relaxing in life than stargazing and yoga (provided it’s not the hot kind).

And next Tuesday (November 5) you’ll have the opportunity to combine the two at the Four Seasons Bahrain Bay, which is hosting a nighttime class up on the 51st floor.

You’ll enjoy an hour-long lesson up on the Sky Bridge where you can admire the views of the Manama skyline while in downward dog, and check out the constellations while in warrior one.

The event will be held between 7.30pm and 8.30pm on Tuesday November 5, and is open to everyone, with discounts for spa members and in-house guests.

It’ll cost you BHD6 if you’re a member of the spa, or BHD9 if you’re an outside guest. You’ll need to book your spot by calling the Four Seasons – and you’d better act fast, as we imagine this event will sell out fast.

You’ll catch us at the back of the room looking up at the stars in corpse pose (it still counts as working out, I promise).

BHD6 (spa members and guests), BHD9 (outside guests). Tue Nov 5 7.30pm-8.30pm. Four Seasons Bahrain Bay, Manama, (1711 5045).
