You can try dragon boating for free this weekend in Bahrain

We don’t know about you, but we find it much easier to work out if we’re in a group.

There’s something about wanting to impress your peers (and, most importantly, not be the slowest in the class) that pushes us to our very limit.

Group sports are even better for this – and this weekend you can try your hand at dragon boating for free.

Black Dragons, who are based at the Bahrain Rowing Club at the North Wharf in Bahrain Bay, are hosting an open day this Friday (February 7) at 10am.

Whether you’ve never picked up a paddle before in your life, or you’re looking to get back into the ancient Chinese sport, everyone is invited to the free session. It’s the perfect way to get fit, have fun, and make new friends.

Make sure you RSVP to the event by messaging on Instagram.

Free. Fri Feb 7 10am onwards. Bahrain Rowing Club, North Wharf, Bahrain Bay (no number).
