You can now rent an exercise bike from Revolt in Bahrain

During lockdown, we’ve all been getting creative with our fitness routines.

Whether you’ve been hitting the free YouTube workouts (Yoga with Adriene, anyone?) or running outside, chances are you’ve had to completely change up your workouts following the closure of gyms in Bahrain.

But if you’re still missing getting sweaty on an exercise bike, Revolt Bahrain has got you covered.

The female-only gym is renting out bikes for BHD60 per month, which includes access to all of the classes Revolt is hosting online.

Revolt hosts cycling classes between 10am and 11am, then at 4pm until 5pm, from Sunday to Thursday. It also hosts a single class on Fridays at 10am.

By renting a bike, which will be sanitised and delivered right to your doorstep, you’ll be able to take part in all the sessions.

Plus, if you want to mix it up, Revolt also hosts other workouts including full body training and vinyasa yoga.
