If you love fireworks and big feasts, Diwali 2019 in Bahrain is definitely the celebration for you.

This year a number of spots are putting on events to celebrate the festival of lights, which will run from Sunday October 27.

Here we’ve rounded up a few of the best celebrations for Diwali 2019 in Bahrain.

Golden Tulip
The Golden Tulip hotel in the Diplomatic Area hosts a Diwali event every year, and 2019’s festival is bigger than ever. Expect dance performances, a DJ, raffle draws and a kids’ play area. There will also be live cooking stations, including one dedicated to chaat.

Indian Club
The Indian Club is hosting a live musical night to celebrate Diwali this year. There’ll be Tamil, Hindi and Malayalam songs at the event on Friday November 1. This year’s event will run from 6pm until 9.30pm.

Rivaaj Restaurant
If you’re looking for a royal feast this Diwali, Rivaaj Restaurant has you covered. Between Thursday October 24 and Sunday October 27 its hosting a nightly dinner with authentic Indian dishes from Chef Javed Qureshi. There will also be a number of performances throughout the night to keep you and your family entertained.

Spices Restaurant
This Diwali Spices Restaurant is hosting two festival of lights celebrations complete with a buffet filled to the brim with classic Indian dishes. On Thursday night, there will be a traditional dance performance, while Friday night will have a DJ as well.
