Free yoga session at Qal’at al Bahrain this weekend

After a long week, you need a way to relax.

Whether that’s at one of Bahrain’s top spas, or by grinding out your frustrations at the gym, we all need a way to blow off steam.

If you think there’s no better way to find your happy place than a bit of yoga, head down to Bahrain Fort Site Museum for a free session this Friday.

Led by Virginie Dreyer, the owner of jewellery store TinyOm, you’ll get to practice your downward dog and tree pose before hearing a talk on chakras.

The free class is part of a series of workshops held at the historical site over the coming few months that have been curated by Yalla Habibi.

If you want to take part in the class, you’ll need to register on the Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities website here.
